From Casual to Dressy in a Few Steps

from casual to dressy
Hello everyone, the collaboration with Piperlime goes on, and this time I’ ll show you how to create 2 outfits in a few minutes.

If you are one of those people who do their things at the last minute I have a couple tips to share. Thanksgiving is almost here and Christmas is not too far either, so that means a lot of shopping and going out.

Being cozy, comfy and stylish is important for everyone. I love this lavender pullover, it is my favorite color.
You can find it here:
FYI…Piperlime pullovers/sweaters are very soft and they keep you warm so you don’t need layers and layers of clothing.
Lavender goes great with white, gray and black…don’t be afraid to take your skirt and pair it with flat boots. This floral skirt gives you everything that you want. You can dress it up or down, in both cases it draws attention. Look at those pictures, what is the first thing that sticks out to your eyes?? The skirt of course.
You can find this skirt at:

For busy days when you have to do shopping, choose flat boots to be more comfy. Your feet will be thankful, trust me 😉 I chose black and silver accessories and a medium size purse and the fur vest was something that blended great with the whole look.
Buying presents for your husband, mom, wife…and ooops the time runs out…you have to go to a nice party. You are too casual and you don’t have time to go home to change.

Well, you only need 3 pieces that you can leave in your car: your coat, clutch and pumps and you are all set.
The look goes from relaxed to dressy and you are ready to  shine like a star.
My advice, invest in something that you will wear more than once.
This sweater can be worn with a skirt, pants, jeans…in so many different ways. The same rule applies for the skirt, you can match it with a white shirt, t-shirt, fancy top…and the list goes on and on…

I hope you’ll find this post helpful and it saves you time during this crazy pre-holiday rush.
